Sarah Endline, CEO and Chief Rioter of Sweetriot

We are thrilled to have the inspirational Sarah Endline (@sweetriot) as our guest speaker this week on #sbbuzz. Sarah is the CEO and Chief Rioter of SweetRiot, a NYC based start-up company using small bits of chocolate to make the world a better place. Sarah started the company with a social mission to “create a more just and celebrated multicultural world for our next generation” and a personal goal to create a “healthy, natural and fairly traded product”. She has done just that and is now selling sweetriot chocolate covered cacao bits at Whole Foods, Wegmans and other great stores across the country. And apparently she has some high profile fans – Natalie Portman and Eva Longoria have been spotted by the tabloids munching on the healthy chocolate treats.

We will be talking to Sarah about the challenges of starting a business that prioritizes the social mission as well as the bottom line. While starting any business is challenge enough, her commitment to her customers, community, and staff are awe-inspiring.

Please join us tonight from 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM EDT to learn more from Sarah about social entrepreneurship, building a big business on a small budget and saving the world in the process. Not to mention find a new reason to eat chocolate!
